Why am I not getting V-Bucks?

Start with the reward shown on your own account, then check eligibility and mission details.

1. Check whether your account is a Founder

Free-to-play access does not grant Founder status. Epic says non-Founders receive X-Ray Tickets instead of V-Bucks for the relevant Save the World rewards. This website cannot change that eligibility.

2. Match the exact Mission Alert

Check the zone, mission type and Power Level. Two missions can have the same name but different rewards. Open the selected mission’s reward panel in-game before playing.

3. Check what the tracker actually knows

A confirmed zero means a complete list has no V-Bucks alerts. “Unconfirmed” means the site cannot establish the current rewards. A sample preview is neither. Never use a sample mission as today’s game information.

4. Remove filters hiding the mission

Clear your zone and Power Level filters, clear your search and turn off Hide completed. A total for all alerts can include missions that your filtered list does not show.

5. Separate alerts from personal quests

Your personal Daily Quests are in the Quests tab. Check their objectives, completion status and reward separately from the shared map. If the in-game reward still appears wrong, use Epic’s support guidance.
